Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin wells to form cups.
- Bake wrappers for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat and add taco seasoning.
- Fill wonton cups with beef, beans, corn, and cheese.
- Bake for 7–8 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are crispy.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
Add toppings just before serving to keep wontons crispy.
