Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour and sea salt.
  3. Add nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix until dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press firmly into pan and smooth top.
  6. Refrigerate at least 60 minutes before slicing.

Store refrigerated up to one week or freeze up to three months.
