Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into 9-inch pie pan and chill.
- Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in chocolate mixture, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
- Toast coconut and pecans in skillet until golden; sprinkle over pie before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Can be made 1–2 days in advance. Optional chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
