Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Topping
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips melted

Method
 

  1. Mix rolled oats and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Warm peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Stir vanilla into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with oats until fully coated.
  5. Press mixture firmly into lined muffin tin.
  6. Top with melted chocolate and chill until set.
