Base
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or lightly grease.
  2. Warm peanut butter and honey slightly until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in rolled oats until fully coated.
  5. Press mixture firmly into muffin cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm.
