Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse nuts in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add dates and blend until sticky and well combined.
- Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt, then blend until a thick dough forms.
- Add almond milk gradually if mixture is too dry.
- Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or freeze until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For best texture, use soft Medjool dates and chill thoroughly before slicing.
