- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season beef with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add tortellini and stir until evenly coated in sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables. Leftovers reheat well.
