  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup black beans drained
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef and drain excess grease.
  2. Add aromatics, spices, tomatoes, broth, and pasta.
  3. Simmer until pasta is tender and sauce thickened.
  4. Stir in cheese, melt, and serve hot.

Notes

Add extra broth if sauce thickens too much.
