- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add pasta and broth, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover partially, and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Cook 2–3 minutes until creamy and fully coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Add protein or vegetables for a heartier meal. Use fresh Parmesan for best results.
