One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
  

Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 oz pasta fettuccine, penne, or choice
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta and broth, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover partially, and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Cook 2–3 minutes until creamy and fully coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Add protein or vegetables for a heartier meal. Use fresh Parmesan for best results.
