Method
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet and sear steak 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in cream and simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add pasta, reserved water, and steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley, lemon juice, and more Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes for spice level. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture and flavor.
