Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into muffin liners and chill 20 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix in orange juice and zest.
  4. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
  5. Fill crusts and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor development.
