- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Prepare streusel by combining flour, sugars, and salt, then cutting in butter until crumbly. Chill.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, then add yogurt, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in strawberries.
- Divide batter into muffin cups and top with streusel.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle a little turbinado sugar over the streusel before baking.
