- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add milk, butter, and egg, mixing into dough. Knead 5–7 minutes.
- Let dough rise 1 hour until doubled.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and crushed Oreos to make filling.
- Roll dough into rectangle, spread filling, and roll tightly. Cut into rolls.
- Place in pan, let rise 30–45 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk for frosting.
- Frost warm rolls and top with crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
For extra gooey rolls, pour 2 tbsp heavy cream over dough before baking.
