Bananas
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook bananas 1–2 minutes without moving.
  4. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with honey or syrup and serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately for ideal texture.
