Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, eggs, baking powder, melted butter, maple syrup, and salt until just combined.
- Pour pancake batter evenly over the sausage.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve with extra maple syrup or butter if desired.
