Ingredients
  

Sheet Pan Dinner
  • 1.5 lbs steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Roast seasoned potatoes on sheet pan until lightly golden.
  2. Prepare parmesan breadcrumb topping.
  3. Add steak to pan, top with parmesan mixture, and roast.
  4. Rest steak, slice, and serve.

Notes

For medium-rare steak, cook to an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
