Salad
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 2 cups heirloom tomatoes halved or sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • flaky sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Slice peaches and tomatoes and arrange them on a serving platter.
  2. Place burrata in the center or tear pieces around the salad.
  3. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately for best freshness.
