Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 18 Oreo cookies crushed into crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
Topping
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter for drizzle
  • crushed Oreo pieces for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press 1 tbsp mixture into each liner for crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
  4. Divide batter among cups and bake 18–20 minutes, until set. Cool completely, then chill 2 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together, drizzle over bites, and top with crushed Oreos.

Notes

Best served chilled. Freeze for longer storage and thaw before serving.
