Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 0.75 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 0.25 cup crushed candy canes
  • whipped cream for topping
  • chocolate syrup for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add vanilla ice cream and milk to a blender.
  2. Add peppermint extract and blend until smooth.
  3. Pulse in crushed candy canes until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with chocolate syrup and extra candy canes before serving.

Notes

Adjust peppermint extract to taste; a small amount is sufficient.
