Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough prepared
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.75 cup bacon or breakfast sausage cooked
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare pizza pan.
  2. Roll out dough and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Scramble eggs with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until just set.
  4. Spread eggs over dough and top with cheeses and meats.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish, slice, and serve warm.

Customize with vegetables or different cheeses as desired.
