  • 1 pound pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs parsley, chives, or basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or grease.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and transfer to baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Scramble eggs in a nonstick skillet with salt and pepper until just set.
  4. Spread eggs over pizza dough, top with shredded cheese, bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Customize toppings and cheese to preference. Pre-bake crust slightly for extra crispiness.
