Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
Chocolate Topping
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Spread evenly onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over yogurt.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and store in freezer.

Notes

Keep frozen and allow to sit 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
