Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
Pumpkin Layer
  • 0.75 cup pumpkin purée not pie filling
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp ginger
  • 1 pinch cloves optional
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Sweet Layer
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Toppings
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into pan to form crust.
  3. Mix pumpkin purée with spices and salt. Spread over crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over pumpkin layer.
  5. Top with chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool completely.
  7. Chill 2 hours before slicing for clean bars.

Notes

Chilling helps the layers set for perfect slicing. Can be made up to 2 days ahead.
