Sandwich Ingredients
  • 4 slices bread your choice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3-4 jalapeños roasted, seeds removed, chopped
  • 2-3 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter softened, for spreading

Equipment

  • Skillet or Griddle
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roast jalapeños 15–20 minutes until blistered.
  2. Remove skins and chop jalapeños. Mix with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and bacon.
  3. Spread butter on bread slices. Spread cheese mixture on unbuttered sides and assemble sandwiches.
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  5. Remove, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle smoked paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor.
