  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast until tender and caramelized.
