Ingredients
  

Pancake Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix milk, egg, melted butter, rose water, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with honey, pistachios, and berries.

Use rose water sparingly to maintain a delicate flavor.
