  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties until fully cooked and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble eggs until just set.
  5. Layer buns, sausage, eggs, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Top with buns and brush with melted butter.
  7. Cover and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more.
  8. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
