Method
- Combine olive oil, sazon seasoning, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook 6–7 minutes.
- Flip chicken and grill another 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor. Boneless chicken thighs can also be used but will cook faster.
