Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sazon seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, sazon seasoning, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook 6–7 minutes.
  6. Flip chicken and grill another 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove chicken from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Marinate longer for deeper flavor. Boneless chicken thighs can also be used but will cook faster.
