  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice chilled
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 0.5 cup carrots diced
  • 0.5 cup peas

Method
 

  1. Scramble eggs and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Cook shrimp and crab until shrimp turns pink.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Add rice, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions; stir until heated through.

Notes

Use chilled rice to prevent mushy fried rice.
