Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Mix almond flour, oats, sweetener, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk butter (or coconut oil), eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form thick dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press dough evenly into the pie dish.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but soft.
- Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra gooey pie, underbake slightly by 2–3 minutes.
