- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings; spread on pan.
- Season chicken and place on the sheet pan.
- Roast until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Mix tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and chill.
- Serve chicken and sweet potatoes topped with tzatziki.
