Ingredients
  

  • 4 cans tuna drained
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 slices cheese cheddar or Swiss

Method
 

  1. Toast buttered bread briefly on a sheet pan.
  2. Mix tuna filling ingredients.
  3. Top bread with tuna mixture and cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
