Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus cut into pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil for cooking

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Sear shrimp in hot oil until pink, then remove.
  3. Stir fry mushrooms and asparagus until tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly.
  5. Return shrimp, add sauce, and cook until thickened.
