Method
- Tear 4 large pieces of heavy-duty foil and spray lightly with oil.
- Divide shrimp and broccoli among foil sheets and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
- Spoon garlic butter sauce over each foil packet.
- Seal foil tightly to form packets.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–14 minutes or grill 10–12 minutes.
- Open carefully and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
Frozen shrimp works if thawed. Add baby potatoes or cooked rice to make each pack a full meal.
