- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare a microwave-safe mini skillet.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of Nutella for swirls.
- Transfer dough to mini skillet or ramekin and swirl extra Nutella on top if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or microwave for 50–60 seconds until edges are set and center is soft.
- Cool slightly, then serve warm straight from the skillet.
Notes
For a fudgier center, slightly underbake and serve immediately.
