Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk or regular milk
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mini skillet or ramekin
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare a microwave-safe mini skillet.
  2. Combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of Nutella for swirls.
  5. Transfer dough to mini skillet or ramekin and swirl extra Nutella on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or microwave for 50–60 seconds until edges are set and center is soft.
  7. Cool slightly, then serve warm straight from the skillet.

Notes

For a fudgier center, slightly underbake and serve immediately.
