Method
- Brown beef cubes in a skillet if desired, then add to slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir.
- Cook on low 7–8 hours or high 4–5 hours until tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water, stir into slow cooker to thicken sauce.
- Cook noodles separately and stir into beef mixture with butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For creamier texture, stir in ½ cup sour cream before serving.
