Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken in the slow cooker and add garlic, butter, broth, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding.
  5. Serve with cooking juices drizzled over the top.

Notes

For extra moisture, avoid overcooking. Add fresh herbs for brightness.
