- Add chicken, vegetables, beans, tomatoes, broth, and spices to slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
- Stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot with tortilla strips and desired toppings.

For a creamy version, add cream cheese at the end.
