Method
- Place beef cubes, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Pour beef broth over mixture and top with butter pieces.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until beef and potatoes are tender.
- Remove lid, stir gently, adjust seasoning, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot as a main dish.
Notes
For thicker sauce, remove lid for last 30 minutes of cooking.
