- Cook noodles according to package and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Sauté broccoli 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Add garlic and chili flakes, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken back to pan, toss to coat evenly.
- Cook 2 more minutes, then serve garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes and honey to balance spice and sweetness.
