Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles cooked according to package
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • Optional sesame seeds and sliced scallions for garnish

Equipment

  • Skillet or wok
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté broccoli 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  6. Add cooked noodles and chicken back to pan, toss to coat evenly.
  7. Cook 2 more minutes, then serve garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes and honey to balance spice and sweetness.
