Strawberry Cake
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin powder 3 oz
Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
Strawberry Crunch Topping
  • 20 golden sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

Method
 

  1. Bake strawberry cake layers and cool completely.
  2. Prepare vanilla frosting until light and fluffy.
  3. Make strawberry crunch topping.
  4. Assemble cake with frosting and crunch topping.
