Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Add dry ingredients gradually until just combined.
  7. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop dough, top with strawberry crunch, and bake 11–14 minutes.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewy texture.
