- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.

- Add dry ingredients gradually until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough, top with strawberry crunch, and bake 11–14 minutes.
