- Add rice cereal to a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter in microwave until smooth.
- Stir in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Pour mixture over cereal and fold gently.
- Transfer to zip-top bag with powdered sugar and crushed cookies.
- Shake until evenly coated.
- Spread on parchment and let set before serving.
