Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak slices until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in reserved pasta water to create a glossy sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add steak back into skillet.
- Garnish with green onions, parsley, and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a creamy version, stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream at the end.
