Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast or thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
Garnish
  • green onions sliced
  • sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Toss chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and crisp.
  3. Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and sriracha together.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thick and glossy.
  5. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Add 1 tablespoon honey for an extra glossy, sweeter glaze.
