Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives chopped
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes drained

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in cheddar cheese and taco seasoning.
  3. Fold in onions, olives, and tomatoes.
  4. Shape into a ball and chill 1 hour.
  5. Roll in cheese and cilantro before serving.

Notes

Drain tomatoes well to prevent sogginess.
