Ingredients
  

Salmon Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each, skin on or off
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on prepared sheet and brush generously with garlic butter.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve immediately for best flavor; can add extra garlic butter before serving.
