Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 cups purple cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Add apple, cranberries, and pecans.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Toss slaw with dressing until coated.
  5. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add apples just before serving for best freshness.
