Ingredients
  

Garlic Knots
  • 1 batch pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each into 6-inch ropes and tie into knots.
  4. Brush each knot lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush warm knots with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with pasta, pizza, or marinara dipping sauce for best results.
