Method
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until thick.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter (and coconut oil) until smooth.
- Spread chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for best texture; store chilled for clean slices.
